DAVE SINNER BIO ENGLISH
Dave Sinner entered the scene in December 2015 with his “Moving On” EP on Gabriel D’Or & Bordoy’s Selected Records. This first release got an unexpected support, even being featured on Mark Reeve’s guest mix for Drumcode Radio Live and played by Sam Paganini at world’s most famous techno club: Berghain. Over the past 2 years, his music has been released in respected labels such as Suara, Kraftek, Unrilis or Odd Recordings, making it to the Beatport charts and earning him a spot on the playlists of big artists like Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Monika Kruse, Pan- Pot, Alan Fitzpatrick, Enrico Sangiuliano or Pleasurekraft, just to name a few.
This acknowledgement from the production side paved the way to the clubs at his hometown, Barcelona, starting to become a regular on the DJ booths in the area. B Club, Florida 135 and R33 have already experienced what it feels like to have him on the decks. His music has also started to catch the attention of promoters abroad, and he already has headlined well-known nights such as Techno Tuesday at Melkweg, in Amsterdam.
Hard-hitting kicks, heavy low-end and piercing percussion are the foundation of his continuosly evolving trademark sound, which is filled with a wide range of elements, from trance and progressive influenced melodic riffs to agressive rhythmic hooks or acid basslines more common to the classic side of techno. A versatility that is also present in his deejay sets, as he always tries to surprise with cutting-edge records while never losing sight of the dancefloor.
