Interview

Hello mate! How Are You? What do you have scheduled for today?
Very good my friend! Today is time to start a new project in the studio!

What is your plan for 2015 and is there anything special coming soon?
This year since it began has being magical, from the BPM festival till now, simply good times, after a long period of hard working there are always good results and i’m happy, i have lot of good stuff to be imminent released on top labels and a couple will be announced soon.

Please tell us a bit about your latest and upcoming releases!
My latest EP on Intec „Daledalehey” is still on the top 10 after more than a month, reaching 5th position. I’m anxiously expecting how is going to work the next releases. Last week “Ruder” on Suara was released and is working out good. On June 8th i have a new EP called ‘distraido‘ on Agile Recordings, the label from my friend Uto Karem.
In June I’m going to release again on Tronic, then Kraftek, Toolroom Trax, and some new stuff to be announced.

Which release was the one who gave you the most attention so far?
There’s some good package here, but this ones… „Ilusiones“ on Noir Records, „Drugs & Bombs” on KD Music, „Festivulus” on Intec Digital, Dayeah on „Suara“ and my last one „Daledalehey” on Intec Digital

How would you describe your sound?
I always define it in just one word “FIESTA!’ I’m focused on making tracks where the crowd enjoy themselves and forgets everything except that moment of joy!

What was your funniest or craziest experience while touring?
There is always something funny when I’m out, but I’ll never forget this year at BPM when I was walking around Playa Del Carmen and several times people started to scream my name from the balconies, RAFA! RAFA! So my friends started to call me RAFA TERRAZAS! That in spanish sounds funny and TERRAZA means balcony, LOL.

What keeps you motivated to make further, as DJ / Producer?
The love and support of the fans and my family too, they keep me motivated and make me work with more humility every day.

What were your TOP 5 gigs so far?
Isla Margarita, Caracas, the BPM Festival, Stereo Montreal, Cielo New York

What are your top 5 tracks that are really working the dance floor in your sets at the Moment?
Daledalehey”, “Distraido”, “Susurro”, “Ruder” and “Illusiones”
